the challenge
Li-Ning had secured the talent and the venue but neededhelp turning their vision into an actual experience. Therewas no infrastructure in place to manage attendees orpromote the event, and no content plan to amplify it.
the solution
We helped bring the entire event to life—from building theRSVP system and creating the event branding tomanaging the crowd, coordinating with athletes, and creating real-time content. Over two days, hundreds of fans joined the experience, and Li-Ning walked away withvaluable brand exposure, athlete storytelling and a strongfoundation for future U.S. events.
